Chyavanprash (also spelled Chyawanprash) is an ancient Ayurvedic formulation in the form of a beautifully dark-coloured thick paste, prepared with aromatics and spices. It’s abundant in nutrients and encourages vitality of the body.
'Chyawan' was the name of the sage/saint that invented this formulation in an effort to maintain vitality and youthfulness. 'Prash' means 'specially prepared food.'

Ingredients: Indian gooseberries, ghee, jaggery, honey, cardamom, peppercorn, cinnamon, clove, bay leaf, nutmeg, ginger powder, Ashwagandha, saffron, long pepper.
Directions: Take 1 tsp in morning on an empty stomach, or in warm milk or porridge, on toast, in smoothies or any way you enjoy. Safe for ages 1+. Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb that helps the body restore balance and better cope with stress.
