Chyavanprash (also spelled Chyawanprash) is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal jam that has been used for centuries in India to promote overall health and wellness. It’s a rich blend of herbs, fruits, and spices, with amla (Indian gooseberry) as the primary ingredient, which is renowned for its high vitamin C content and antioxidant properties.
'Chyawan' was the name of the sage/saint that invented this formulation in an effort to maintain vitality and youthfulness. 'Prash' means 'specially prepared food.'

Ingredients: Indian gooseberries, ghee, jaggery, honey, cardamom, peppercorn, cinnamon, clove, bay leaf, nutmeg, ginger powder, Ashwagandha, saffron, long pepper.
Directions: Take 1–2 tsp daily in the morning on an empty stomach or in warm milk or porridge, on toast, in smoothies or any way you enjoy. Safe for ages 1+. Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb that helps the body restore balance and better cope with stress.
