The cornerstone of this therapy is Kelly’s personalized aromatherapy blend, designed to address your specific issues. The massage begins with the upper back, where a combination of deep massage and pressure points are applied to help relax the muscles. A heated massage designed to work tight, knotted muscles and release tension. Basalt stones (made of strong, smooth volcanic rock that contains iron and magnesium and absorbs heat) are used to penetrate warmth throughout your body. Cupping

Cupping often results in temporary red marks on the body, which are merely a result of the blood being pulled into that area. The darker the red mark, the more stagnant fluids (such as toxins, blood and lymph) were moved around during treatment. The marks last anywhere from a few hours to several days. The more often you receive cupping therapy in a spot on the body, the lighter the marks will be.

Magnetic cupping is an alternative therapy that has been around for thousands of years. By creating a magnetic field, the bio-magnetic field of the body is better equipped to heal and repair the body. The appropriate magnet strength level is applied to your meridian lines to help balance your energy, while loosening the body’s tight muscular fibres.
Magnetic Cupping is not safe for individuals with internal devices such as a pacemaker.

This therapy involves placing glass jars on the skin and creating a vacuum by suctioning out the air through a process that involves fire. One way to think about cupping is that it is the inverse of massage. Rather than applying pressure to muscles, the suction uses pressure to pull skin, tissue and muscles upward.
Massage cupping focuses on massage movements and negative pressure. A cup is positioned at the area to be treated, and the suction effect it creates increases blood flow and lymphatic circulation systemically and to the local area.
