Kelly began her yoga instructor journey over 15 years ago…
…inspired by her own practice, and how sharing that practice with others has the ability to create community and a new way of life. A humble teacher, Kelly continues to embrace a student mindset through learning and improving her practice. By using her intuition to tune into the students in each class, Kelly is able to modify the practice to fit the unique needs within each room.

A practice that embraces feminine energy through deep, slow stretches to encourage students to find comfort and peace within themselves. Through slow, steady stretches held for an extended period of time, the connective tissues are repaired.

Both spiritual and physical, incorporating movement with breath, mantra and meditation. The practice places a strong emphasis on consciousness as a means of activating energy centres throughout the body. Through specific combinations of actions, specific results (such as anxiety reduction and cleansing of the lymph system) can be achieved.

A practice that modifies common yoga poses so they can be done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to individuals who cannot stand, lack the mobility to move easily, or want a quick break from office work. Many of the basic body mechanics of the individual postures remain the same. While seated on chairs, versions of twists, hip stretches, forward bends, and mild backbends can be done. Up to 45 minutes per class.

A deep, calming meditative experience using slow and gentle stretches. Stretch classes leave you feeling revitalized, and every part of the body feeling soothed and stretched. They also encourage a more restful sleep.
